Return Policy
At Ezze Enterprise, we accept product returns within 48 hours of delivery. If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within this time frame.
Conditions for Return

- Products damaged by fire, misuse, or the buyer’s fault will not be accepted.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets our return conditions, Ezze Enterprise will contact you within 7 working days. Upon approval, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount.

If any defect is found at the time of delivery, you can return the product immediately while the delivery person is present.
